Resource request privacy notice
Effective October 24, 2026
When you request a resource, MORGANBLAIR collects your name, email address, optional organization, requested resource, assessment result, request date and separate preference for occasional updates. We use this information to provide the requested resource and manage your request. The inventory and summary are available on screen; an email is not automatically sent.
Joining our updates list is optional and is not required to receive a resource. We will use that separate permission for occasional MORGANBLAIR updates. You can withdraw it by contacting us.
We store resource requests using Cloudflare D1 through our website hosting platform. Access to the request list is restricted to the MorganBlair owner. Calendly handles scheduling on its own website under its own privacy notice. We do not send your assessment answers to Calendly.
We do not ask for employee names, medical details, workplace complaints or other confidential case information. Keep completed inventories within your organization. A short-lived hashed request identifier helps limit automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the resource-request database.
Contact ajohnson@morganblair.co to ask about your information, request its correction or deletion, or withdraw updates permission. We review stored requests periodically and remove information we no longer need for the stated purposes. The website hosting and scheduling providers may also process technical information under their own policies.
